NORTHWOODS NETWORKING - Networking conferences have been held in 2013.  The most recent focused on fundraising and volunteerism.  Stay tuned for 2014.

Alzheimer's Association ~ Now is the time of year to invest your time and funds to help Alzheimer's.  The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.  Visit www.alz.org to find a walk on our area.

Special Announcements

2014 Ice Fishing Jamboree!

Mark your calendars!  The 9th Annual Northwoods United Way's Ice Fishing Jamboree is scheduled for Saturday, February 1st 2014.  Located on Lake Minocqua at Stack's Bay (off Brunswick Road).  Registration on site @ 7 am, Fishing 8 am to 3 pm.  In cooperation with UPS!

Cash prizes awarded for longest each Walleye, Northern, Perch, Bluegill, Bass and Crappie

$1,500 PRIZE for Catching a Marked Fish (regulated by the DNR)

We need your help!  We are at 72% of our goal and we will need your help to reach our $210,000 goal that has been set.  Without your support, our agencies may not receive all the funding they need for their 2014 programs and events.  Please help!
